Automatic Spring-Leveling Glides

Our automatic spring-leveling glides feature a black nylon body and a 304 stainless steel spring with a spring-and-cam self-leveling function that adjusts up to 1/8” in height. They are designed for approximately 6.25-35 pounds of weight per glide and are available in stronger options to meet the specific needs of your application. Automatic spring-leveling glides come in the following stud configurations and part numbers:

• 810-4-24 with 1/4-20 x 3/8” stud
• 810-4-1 with 5/16-18 x 1” bottom hex stud

Auto-Level Glides

With a spring and hydraulic “putty” that automatically adjusts within a minute, auto-level glides can compensate for up to 3/32” in height. They can handle 5-100 pounds per glide and feature zinc-plated steel construction and optional plastic base caps for application installation. Auto-level glides are available in the following stud configurations and part numbers:

• 806-24 with 1/4-20 x 5/16” bottom hex stud
• 890-5-NLC-B with 5/16-18 x 1-1/2” bottom hex stud and 1-14” OD black poly cap

Other plastic caps include:

• 808-B-OS black poly base cap
• 808G-OS gray poly base cap
